Inheritance

Inheritance is a thriller about a man whose estranged uncle dies leaving everything to him. As he cleans out the remnants of his uncle’s life he finds some old home videos that contain a dark secret.

Inheritance was written by Alannah Swenka and will be produced by Alannah Swenka’s production company Snack Pack Pictures with Midnight Bloom Productions.

Inheritance premiered at the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival. It has also been selected at Chicago Horror Film Festival, Interrobang Film Festival, Alternating Currents Film Festival, Gen Con Film Festival and Snake Alley Festival of Film, South Dakota Film Festival, Halloweenapalooza, Iowa Independent Film Festival and Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival.

Inheritance was nominated for best editing at Chicago Horror, won a critics choice award at Iowa Independent and won a gold Eddy for best hobbyist short narrative film at Cedar Rapids Independent.

Alannah Swenka plays the lead character of Alice.
